About Us:
StretchLab Echo Park and our sister studio in Hollywood are looking for passionate, energetic individuals to join our team as Flexologists. If you have a background in fitness, movement, or bodywork (Personal Training, Massage, Yoga, Pilates, Physical Therapy, Dance, or Athletic Training), this is your chance to grow your career in a fast-growing wellness industry. About the Role As a Flexologist at StretchLab Echo Park or Hollywood, you'll deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions that genuinely improve how people feel and move — often in a single visit. This isn't a generic gym job: you work hands-on, build real relationships, and see visible progress in flexibility, mobility, and pain reduction. Our studios serve a mix of athletes, desk workers, and entertainment industry professionals. If you love anatomy, movement, and helping people get out of pain or move better — this is one of the few roles where you can use those skill daily, get paid for it, and actually see the impact immediately. Educate clients on stretching, mobility, and recovery principles, motivating them by tracking and communicating progress. Create a fun, energizing environment that reflects the StretchLab brand with professionalism. Build strong client relationships that support retention and membership growth. Assist with studio tours and explain membership options when needed. Update client notes accurately after each session. Keep equipment and the studio clean and ready, and support sales and operations tasks (membership drives, lead follow-up) as needed. What We're Looking For Background in fitness, health, or wellness (Personal Training, Massage Therapy, Yoga, Pilates, PT/PTA, Dance, etc.) Minimum 1 year of experience in a fitness/health environment preferred Strong communication & people skills — ability to connect and motivate Reliable, professional, and eager to learn Ideal Candidate Traits Positive attitude, adaptable mindset & coachable Team player with a client-first approach Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others feel their best Detail-oriented and dependable Qualifications (one of the following required) Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, etc.) State license/certification (Massage Therapist, PT, ATC, Chiropractor) Degree in health, fitness, or wellness-related field (e.g., Kinesiology, PTA) Min. 200-hr Yoga Allinance Prior client care experience Must complete our proprietary Flexologist Training Program (20 hrs online, 2 days hands-on, plus practice hours as needed) Who You Are ✔ Passionate about mobility, flexibility, and helping people feel better. ✔ Comfortable with hands-on work (it's physical). ✔ Great communicator who can explain technique and benefits. ✔ Friendly, professional, and punctual. ✔ Able to work evenings/weekends to match client demand.
