The focus is building systems that allow people to perform at a high level under pressure, with consistency across nutrition, training, recovery, and stress management. The Role We are hiring a Nutritionist / Performance Health Coach to work directly with clients inside a structured, data-driven health system.
You will:
Guide clients on nutrition strategy aligned with performance, recovery, and long-term health Translate complex health data into simple, actionable behaviors Drive accountability and consistency, not just education Integrate nutrition into a broader system including training, sleep, stress, and recovery Work alongside advanced health care professionals who are experts in health optimization This role blends nutrition expertise with behavior change and coaching. Compensation Hourly rate is based on experience, coaching ability, and alignment with Stark's performance model: $25-$30/hour → Entry-level candidates with foundational knowledge and strong willingness to learn $30-$35/hour → Candidates who demonstrate solid communication skills and early-stage coaching ability Compensation growth is tied to performance, consistency, and ability to drive measurable client outcomes.
