Part Time Positions Available Avenues Supported Living Services is a non-profit agency, where we Coach, Teach, and Instruct adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities to live a life of their choosing in their homes, in the community and at their paid and volunteer job sites. Responsibilities of an Instructional Coach

• Direct Support for individuals with DD/I
• Job Coaching
• Teach/Coach and Instruct in Daily Living Skills in the community/home
• Transport the individuals you support in the community Requirements
• Live Scan Clearance
• Clean Driving Record
• High School Diploma
