About Peak Wellness Studio:

Peak Wellness Studio is Sonoma County's premier destination for science-backed recovery and wellness. Our clients are passionate about cutting-edge health practices, and we're looking for a team member who shares that enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Wellness Guidance Check in guests and ensure a seamless experience Explain studio modalities (cold plunge, red light therapy, PEMF, compression therapy, etc.) and assist clients as needed Engage in conversations about the latest in wellness, performance, and longevity (familiarity with Huberman Lab, Peter Attia, Mark Hyman, etc., is a plus) Administrative & Sales Learn and operate our client scheduling/management system (CSM) Navigate computer software and create google documents Upsell memberships and wellness products Studio Maintenance Keep the studio clean and organized between sessions and during closing procedures Social Media & Community Engagement Create and contribute to social media content that highlights Peak Wellness Studio's services and philosophy

What We're Looking For:

Passion for health, wellness, and recovery science Comfortable discussing biohacking, performance optimization, and longevity topics Friendly, professional, and eager to support members on their wellness journey

Schedule:

Team members will be scheduled for 2-3 shifts per week from the availability listed below.

Weekday Opening:

8:45 AM - 2:00 PM (Tuesdays are currently open)

Weekday Closing:
