We combine personalized coaching, body composition analysis, wellness programs, GLP-1 support, peptides, and habit-based coaching to help our members achieve lasting results. We're looking for someone who: Has a positive, proactive attitude Is highly organized and dependable Loves wellness, nutrition, and personal development Enjoys connecting with people and building relationships Is comfortable following up with leads and helping prospective members Is excited to contribute ideas and help a growing business thrive Brings energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to work every day Responsibilities Health Coaching Conduct accountability and coaching sessions Support members in reaching their health and weight loss goals Monitor member progress and celebrate successes Provide education and encouragement Help members stay engaged and motivated Member Experience Follow up with members regularly Check in on progress and adherence Create a welcoming and supportive environment Assist with body scan appointments and wellness assessments Lead Follow-Up & Sales Support Contact new leads Schedule consultations Follow up with prospective members Help educate potential clients about our programs Wellness Events & Community Outreach Assist with planning wellness events and workshops Participate in community networking opportunities Represent Sanna Wellness professionally in the community Support relationships with local businesses and healthcare providers Administrative Support Maintain accurate records and notes Assist with organization and daily operations Use wellness technology platforms and coaching software Support marketing and member engagement initiatives

Qualifications Required:

Health Coaching Certification OR currently enrolled in a Health Coaching program Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred:

Experience as a Health Coach Experience in wellness, nutrition, fitness, healthcare, or customer service Experience with sales, lead follow-up, or relationship building Familiarity with GLP-1 medications, peptides, or wellness programs Experience with Canva, Excel, and Microsoft Office What Success Looks Like The ideal candidate will: Build strong relationships with members Help improve member retention and engagement Support the growth of Sanna Wellness Contribute creative ideas for events and member experiences Become a trusted coach and advocate for our members Why Join Sanna Wellness?
