Responsibilities Customized Kayak Coaching:
Deliver personalized sessions that meet each student's unique needs and goals.Skill Development:
Build progressions that improve technique, confidence, and results.Positive Learning Environment:
Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages growth and enjoyment. Requirements 2+ years of kayaking instruction or guiding experience (flatwater, sea/touring, or whitewater). Instructor certification preferred (ACA Kayak Instructor or equivalent) — not required. Current CPR/First Aid and water-rescue judgment; command of strokes, bracing, and rescue/self-rescue.
