Responsibilities Customized Paddleboarding Coaching:
Deliver personalized sessions that meet each student's unique needs and goals.Skill Development:
Build progressions that improve technique, confidence, and results.Positive Learning Environment:
Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages growth and enjoyment. Requirements 2+ years of stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) instruction or guiding experience. Instructor certification preferred (ACA SUP, WPA, or PSUPA) — not required. Current CPR/First Aid and strong water-safety judgment; knowledge of paddle technique, balance, and reading wind and current.
