Holistic Health Practitioner— Stuart, FL Inner Harmony Wellness Centers is a holistic, integrative, and functional medicine practice, and we're growing our Stuart, FL team. This role blends patient-facing consultation with hands-on wellness support — guiding people toward the right program for their health journey and, once trained, helping deliver select wellness modalities. Why you'll want this role: $27/hour Part-time — just 15 hours/week to start , across three half-day or early-evening shifts Complimentary access to our in-house wellness treatments Full training and mentorship from our senior practitioners — no wellness-delivery experience required going in Room to grow : formal 6-month review, with the opportunity to move into more hours as the practice grows What you'll do Meet with prospective patients to understand their health goals, explain our programs clearly and honestly, and help them choose the right level of care — from a single visit to a full program. Build long-term, trust-based relationships with patients: follow up, answer questions, and support their commitment to their care plan as a steady point of contact. Once trained by our senior practitioners, help deliver select wellness modalities and educate patients on holistic lifestyle practices. Assist with scheduling and day-to-day office support using our CRM and scheduling tools. What we're looking for Experience in sales, patient coordination, customer service, or a wellness-adjacent field. Warm, genuine communication style — comfortable guiding a conversation without being pushy. Interest in holistic health, mindfulness, or personal wellness practice. Professional presentation and reliability; this is an in-person, on-site role in Stuart, FL. Compensation & schedule $27/hour , part-time ( 15 hours/week to start ) across three half-day or early-evening shifts you'll help choose, with a formal 6-month review and the opportunity to grow into more hours as the practice grows.
