You'll be on your feet, working hands-on with clients, learning the body, and delivering real results session after session. We're looking for someone who is driven, coachable, and comfortable working physically—not someone looking to "try something new." If you enjoy helping people feel better, can stay focused through a full schedule, and want to build real connections with clients over time, this can turn into a long-term career. We provide paid, in-house certification—what matters more is your mindset and work ethic. What This Role Actually Looks Like Back-to-back assisted stretch sessions (this is physical work) Learning and applying structured protocols (not freestyle stretching) Building relationships with members over time Keeping energy high even when the schedule is full Supporting sales through client experience and results A typical day may include 4-12 sessions with minimal downtime. This is not a sit-down job. It's not low-effort. And it's not for people who burn out after a busy day. ✅ What You Bring Strong work ethic and consistency (non-negotiable) Comfortable with physical, hands-on work for extended periods Ability to connect with people quickly and build trust Self-starter mindset — you don't need to be micromanaged Interest in fitness, recovery, or bodywork Nice to have (not required): Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field Personal training, massage, or rehab experience Responsibilities Deliver customized assisted stretch sessions using company protocols Track client progress and adjust sessions accordingly Create a high-quality, consistent client experience Maintain a clean, professional studio environment Support member retention and engagement What Success Looks Like You can confidently run a full schedule without a drop in energy Clients re-book and request you consistently You follow protocols while still adapting to individual needs You take initiative without waiting to be told what to do Why People Stay Here Paid certification and ongoing education Clear path for growth and advancement High-impact work—you see results immediately Team environment that actually supports development ️ Read This Before Applying You will be: On your feet most of the day Working closely with people physically Expected to maintain energy and professionalism consistently If you're looking for something easy, this isn't it.
