$20-$25 per hour About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, polished, and highly capable Health Assistant to join our luxury wellness club. This role is ideal for someone with a medical or clinical background—or someone actively pursuing education or a career in the medical field—who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a sophisticated wellness environment. The Health Assistant will serve as an important part of the patient experience, supporting both clinical and wellness services while ensuring every patient feels welcomed, informed, and cared for. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, naturally empathetic, highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and confident taking initiative and leading others. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome, check in, and check out patients while providing a warm, elevated experience.
• Conduct initial patient intakes and gather relevant health and wellness information.
• Perform initial examinations and assist with clinical assessments within the scope of the role.
• Conduct patient scans, testing, measurements, and other wellness assessments.
• Facilitate therapies and treatments, ensuring patients understand what to expect throughout their experience.
• Prepare patients and treatment areas before services and ensure appropriate follow-up afterward.
• Coordinate and manage patient appointments and schedules across multiple services.
• Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments, procedures, preparation, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation.
• Communicate patient needs and relevant information to providers and other members of the wellness team.
• Help ensure a seamless patient experience from arrival through departure.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the Health Assistant team.
• Serve as a team leader and resource for other Health Assistants, helping maintain high standards of service, organization, and patient care.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and coaching Health Assistants as needed.
• Uphold the club's standards for professionalism, discretion, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality. What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in a medical, clinical, wellness, hospitality, or patient-care environment preferred.
• Medical Assistant, nursing, pre-med, nursing student, EMT, or similar background is highly valued.
• Currently pursuing education or a career in the medical or healthcare field is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Warm, compassionate, and patient demeanor.
• Ability to make patients feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Quick thinker who can remain calm and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining a high level of service.
• Comfortable taking initiative and making decisions within the scope of the position.
