Chesapeake Express IV Wellness & Aesthetics - Annapolis, MD Chesapeake Express IV Wellness & Aesthetics is looking for an energetic, dependable, and wellness-focused Wellness Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, client-facing position for someone who genuinely enjoys wellness, helping people, staying busy, and creating an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors. What You'll Do Welcome clients and help create a warm, professional experience Assist clients throughout our Wellness Cave Educate clients on wellness services, memberships, and packages Help clients use wellness equipment safely and correctly Prepare treatment areas between clients Keep the Wellness Cave clean, organized, stocked, and ready Monitor appointments and stay aware of who is arriving and what clients need Assist with scheduling, checkout, phones, and client communication Help promote memberships and wellness services Support nurses and other team members when needed Complete routine cleaning and operational tasks throughout the day Make sure clients currently in the building remain the priority Wellness Services You'll Learn About Our Wellness Cave includes services such as: PEMF therapy Cryotherapy Red light therapy Near-infrared light therapy Invisa-RED Compression therapy Dry float therapy Salt room/sauna services Recovery and wellness technologies No previous experience with these services is required—we will train the right person.
