This is more than just a room: you'll be operating inside an active, growing chiropractic practice with built-in referral opportunities, exposure to our existing patient base, and a supportive, professional environment designed to help your practice thrive.

11' x 12' — Furnished as a Massage room —

ALL-INCLUSIVE

(reserved Mondays; available all other days) 9' x 12' — Open to any health and wellness operation All included in rent: Water, water softener, internet/WiFi Bathroom cleaning Yard work Community kitchen and shared bathroom access Furnished option available (move-in ready) If Massage therapist: Consultations included with our 30+ year experienced massage therapist Optional add-on: Access to ChiroHD (our EHR system) available if desired, included in monthky rent; included electronic scheduling with my front desk, your own login to know your schedule, and text reminders will be added in the future. What you'll manage Your own client scheduling and appointments within your rented space A clean, organized, and inviting treatment room meeting health and safety standards Client care tailored to your own techniques and modalities Requirements Willingness to sign a written sublease Ideal for Licensed massage therapists — experienced or just starting out — looking for a low-overhead space to grow their practice within a warm, restorative healing environment, with mentorship available from a seasoned therapist on-site.
