As an Overnight Shelter Staff member, you'll be an important part of someone's night—and sometimes, an important part of their next step forward. ✨ What you'll do: Welcome and support shelter guests with dignity and respect Help maintain a safe, calm, and welcoming environment Respond to needs and crises with compassion Connect people with resources and support Complete safety checks, documentation, and overnight shelter tasks Work alongside a team that believes everyone deserves a path forward
