Assemble assigned product components in accordance with production guidelines. Perform product spot checks to ensure compliance with approved quality standards. Assist with developing and implementing operating methods and procedures to resolve production issues and improve product quality. Promptly notify management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions. Train and support Level I Assemblers as needed. Qualifications of the

High school diploma or GED. Two to four years of related electro-mechanical or electronics assembly experience. Relevant certifications such as J-STD-001 and

IPC-A-610
