Incumbents are not certified teachers, but some positions may require certification in the field of specialty. 3 years teaching experience in an institutional setting or on a seminar basis which included development of presentation material, lesson planning and participant evaluation. Overseas assignments require language facility, as well as working knowledge of the culture. International program experience required for assignments to overseas locations.
