Staff Development Educator Leadership Role Company Life Insurance Options 401K Matching Family Choice of New York is seeking a Staff Educator to support, develop, and educate a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.Education:
Masters of Public Health or Health Education required with RN license or Advanced Practice RN degree with Health Education experience preferred.Responsibilities:
The Staff Educator will develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive education and training programs that support a motivated, skilled workforce and meet organizational, federal, and state requirements. This role is responsible for coordinating new hire orientation and onboarding, maintaining training materials, records, educational resources, and the organizational training calendar, and ensuring consistent follow-up with HR, managers, and new hires throughout the onboarding period. The Staff Educator will provide staff education, serve as a subject matter expert for the electronic medical record system, evaluate training needs, design competency and specialized courses, support staff development plans, coordinate annual training, assist with policy and procedure revisions, and collaborate with leadership to identify educational opportunities that strengthen Family Choice of New York's ability to meet member needs.
