Job Description

The Part-Time Wellness Services Coordinator is the dedicated coordinator for educating clients on our recovery and wellness modalities. This specialized leader has a complete understanding of wellness services offered and programs (such as infrared sauna, light therapy, lymphatic suit, halotherapy), drives wellness membership enrollment, and coordinates educational events to foster a wellness-minded client base
Key Responsibilities Client Education & Consultation:
Guide and educate clients through custom wellness journeys, explaining the physiological benefits of the center's specific recovery technologies
Educational Events & Workshops:
Plan, promote, and coordinate regular educational events, workshops, and speaker seminars focusing on health, recovery, and wellness education
Membership & Package Growth:
Drive sales goals for dedicated wellness plans, recovery packages, service upgrades as well as increasing our Membership Plus client base
Service Standards:
Maintain a pristinely clean, sanitized, and deeply tranquil environment across all dedicated wellness and recovery spaces
Business Development:
Partner with relevant local businesses and events (ie, gyms, yoga, pilates, chiropractors, etc) to develop new client awareness of services
Qualifications Experience:
3-5+ years of coordination or sales experience specifically within a wellness center, holistic clinic, or modern recovery center is a
MUST Event Coordination:
Proven experience planning, marketing, or executing small-scale educational events, classes, or wellness workshops
Industry Knowledge:
Requires solid knowledge and understanding of modern wellness modalities, including red light therapy and beds, saunas, lymphatic drainage, heat/cold therapy, salt therapy, and athletic recovery
Schedule & Skills:
Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule (including select evenings or weekends for events), paired with strong consultative sales and communication skills Benefits Monthly commissions and incentive plans Simple IRA Retirement plan option with Employer Match Employees receive discounted services and products Free use of wellness facilities Hours per week: 12-20 hours To include 1-2 nights per week and one weekend day
