Per HR Description:
- Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in health coaching, working remotely on a contract basis.
- This role involves providing comprehensive case management and health coaching services across the health continuum, from health promotion to end-of-life care.
Requirements:
- Current, active, and unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nurse licensure
- Three years of experience in clinical, case management, and/or disease/condition management
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong clinical knowledge
Qualifications:
- Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of three years in clinical, case management, or disease management roles
