Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role, you will get to:- Work with an inspiring team
- Perform initial and ongoing assessments of community health needs
- Work with the Campbell County Health Council and other health coalitions to develop resources and strategies to meet assessed health needs
- Utilize knowledge and training to implement evidenced based health education and programs in creative ways to reach target populations in the community
- Assist with the design and delivery of relevant in-service training programs for health department employees. Teachers, and other professionals
- Provide community health related activities offsite
