REC Team Leader:
Strives to attain the goals as written in their job performance evaluations and abide by the standards as outlined in GCB's Compliance Plan. Develops goals, and completes treatment plans and program oversight for REC responsibilities Supervise staff in order to maintain program goals. Hold staff accountable to maintain agency minimum standards for Medicaid and contracts. Leads staff to meet standards and maintain agency expectations. Serves as a role model for staff to provide services. Manages day-to-day work functions of staff including, training, onboarding, productivity standards, documentation standards, and deadlines. Ensures staff are up to date on agency training and maintains high-quality standards. Performs other related duties as assigned. Position Requirements for
REC Team Leader:
Bachelors degree in Mental Health or Human Services Related Degree preferred At least three years of experience working with persons with severe MH impairment Excellent oral and written communication, Excellent crisis management and problem-solving skills Please watch this video to learn more about
