Job description: Join Osage Creek Dispensary, a leading name in Arkansas's medical cannabis industry. As one of the state's licensed medical cannabis dispensaries, we are committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and educational environment for patients. Our team of Medical Cannabis Associates, often referred to as "Bud Tenders," is integral to delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining compliance within our fast-paced retail setting.

- Provide exceptional patient service and ensure a positive experience for every customer
- Assist in onboarding patients and ensure compliance with state regulatory requirements
- Manage incoming calls, virtual queues, and support operational functions
- Uphold compliance with all regulatory and internal policies, fostering a culture of accountability
- Accurately operate the point-of-sale system and adhere to standardized operational procedures
- Develop a deep understanding of the Arkansas Medical Cannabis Program and federal laws
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff
- Promote responsible product consumption and build brand loyalty among patients
- Collaborate with team members and undertake additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and dedication to compassionate patient service
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
- High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or healthcare settings (references required)
- Ability to cultivate long-term customer relationships and excellent communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency, familiarity with point-of-sale systems, and cash handling experience
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a thorough background check
- Ability to obtain a Registration Identification Card from the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control.
