Minimum 6 months Responsibilities Assist pharmacists with medication preparation, dispensing, and distribution. Prepare medications accurately according to pharmacy policies and physician orders. Perform IV compounding using appropriate sterile-compounding procedures. Stock, refill, and manage medications using Omnicell automated dispensing systems . Maintain accurate medication inventory and identify expired or low-stock medications. Support medication deliveries and distribution throughout hospital departments. Maintain appropriate documentation and pharmacy records. Follow sterile technique, infection-prevention standards, and medication-safety procedures. Work closely with pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain an organized and compliant hospital pharmacy environment.
