Works in a variety of settings depending on the needs of the department. Completion of PTCB certification and sterile compounding online certification required for transfer to Tech II. Responsibilities Accurately fill medication orders for patients Restocking of automated dispensing cabinets Expiration audits and sign off of hospital areas as assigned Inventory management of stock Computer knowledge of systems assigned for position Pharmacy environment cleanliness Qualifications 1 year hospital experience preferred or other relevant experience as a medical technician H.S. diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations
