Full time position(s) for a Patient Care Technician at an outpatient surgery center. We are open Monday thru Friday and the hours are approximately 7 am to 330 pm. The hours may vary according to the case load. We are closed on all major Holidays. The Patient Care Tech position entails taking care of patients; helping them dress, translating (if bilingual), escorting them to their car after a procedure, etc. Additional responsibilities include (but not limited to) making stretchers, re-stocking, and assisting nursing staff. Communication skills and ability to receive direction are necessary. The Patient Care Tech would also be cross trained to work in the Scope Reprocessing Room. Experience is ideal but not necessary. Complete training will be provided by certified scope technicians. Looking for a highly motivated team player for fast paced endoscopy center.
