WrightWay Emergency Services is a family-owned emergency restoration company based in Nokomis, FL. We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Mitigation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in water damage, mold, fire, and contents mitigation, as well as an

IICRC WRT

certification or equivalent.

Job Duties:

Manage and coordinate mitigation jobs from start to finish Respond to emergency calls in a timely and efficient manner Perform water damage, mold, fire, and contents mitigation services Conduct structural drying, dehumidification, and water extraction Identify and mitigate mold and microbial growth Perform content cleaning and pack-out services Utilize specialized equipment and tools to perform mitigation tasks Document job progress and complete required paperwork

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in water damage, mold, fire, and contents mitigation

IICRC WRT
