You are the caregivers who spend most of the time with our patients. You help build trust, provide comfort, and support recovery through compassionate, person-centered care. QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred High School Diploma/GED Nursing student after having completed 1st semester of clinicals Required Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Required Prior PCT experience in another acute care health care organization Required After completion of Franciscan PCT In-training program Required Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Franciscan will provide BLS training and recertification as needed.
