We have over 50 medical providers practicing out of six locations. Each team focuses on the importance of customer service, communication, and caring for patients. We're seeking a professional and caring individual to join our patient-centered orthopedic practice. This position will be located in our outpatient clinics. Day shift Monday through Friday!

Required Education:

Registered Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Certified Athletic Trainer Required Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting Experience with suture removal, cast/splint application, and patient phone triage calls

Required Skills and Abilities:

At least 1-2 years of work experience in a medical office setting Experience with, suture removal, cast/splint applications and FMLA paperwork precertification of MRI, CT, and DME orders Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly with an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system Strong critical thinking skills Patient phone triage calls Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and coordination with medical staff Excellent time management skills
