The compensation range noted above represents the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Provides, under the direction of an R.N. or physician, safe and effective care to patients, performs procedures and administers treatments consistent with written physician orders, nursing process and standards, and policies and procedures of the Unit, Nursing Division, and Hospital. Provides for the patient's basic physical needs including hydration, nutrition/ability to feed one's self, toileting, activity, and physical comfort needs, including bathing and basic am/pm care, including oral hygiene and grooming. High school graduate; Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR; one year experience as Nurses Aide or Technician in a Hospital Setting (such as Phlebotomist, CMO or EKG Technician) or EMT preferred.Location:
Valley Health Systems • Intensive Care Unit (ICU)Schedule:
Per Diem, varying shifts, 24 hrs/month, 1 wkd,1 holBenefits
