Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time candidate in the Bath, Maine area. Hours are 7:00 am-3:30 pm. Why Wellness Workdays? - About this position We are seeking passionate wellness professionals/ acute care provider/ to provide ONSITE triage/injury management and one-on-one health behavior change interventions for our construction client partner.
Responsibilities and Duties NOTE:
You MUST be an EMT or paramedic with at least 1-2 years of experience and health education training. Constuction setting experience preferred.- Provide triage and acute services to various trades at a construction site
- Provide one-to-one health coaching for employees
- Lead stretch and flex warm-up sessions for various workers onsite
- Work closely with safety committees, union representatives and foremen to provide wellness education to the population
- Create and deploy health promotion, education, activities and challenges
- Conduct in-person health risk assessments and biometric screens (training provided)
