Job Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Hyperbaric Technician, where you will play a vital role in delivering specialized hyperbaric oxygen therapy to patients. This energetic position involves operating hyperbaric chambers safely and efficiently, collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care. Your expertise will help improve outcomes for patients requiring treatment for conditions such as decompression sickness, chronic wounds, and other medical needs that benefit from hyperbaric oxygen therapy. We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for patient-centered service to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced hospital environment. Duties Prepare and operate hyperbaric chambers according to established protocols, ensuring patient safety at all times Monitor patients during therapy sessions, adjusting treatment parameters as directed by medical staff. Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate patient charts and document all treatment details. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, sterilized, and functioning correctly to uphold safety standards in hyperbaric medicine and acute care settings. Qualifications Hands-on experience with hyperbaric chambers, respiratory devices, and patient assessment tools is preferred, but not required. Full Hyperbaric training is available. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of employment. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for patient charting and documentation. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, healthcare administrators and other staff. This role is flexible on hours, with multiple options available. This role will have other assignments within it during hyperbaric downtimes such as patient care coordination, medical receptionist duties, clinic inventory and cleaning tasks

$25.00
•$28.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0
