Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation Perform ECGs, pulse oximetry, and other basic life support skills as needed Assist with respiratory therapy, including oxygen therapy and non-invasive ventilation Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA certification preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and basic computer skills
