Family Healthcare Pharmacy Position Information Description & Details:

Family HealthCare Pharmacy is seeking a motivated, experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team of innovative professionals. As a closed-door clinic pharmacy, we are looking for a positive, service-oriented individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and culturally sensitive patient care. Under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician will support the technical preparation of medications for dispensing. This position also participates as a care team member in our Medication Synchronization Program. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, claims billing and reconciliation, direct customer service, and maintaining the dispensing area. The successful candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work effectively with pharmacy and clinic staff, medical providers, and patients.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, with shifts varying from 7:30 am and 6:00 pm

Hiring Range:

$55,900 - $57,500 annually Pay is based on several factors, including budget, labor market, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and/or certification and other business considerations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Completion of accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program Eligibility for licensure as a Pharmacy Technician in North Dakota Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of retail pharmacy operations Familiarity with private insurance, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid billing Ability to enter and process prescriptions accurately and efficiently Ability to collaborate successfully with coworkers Flexibility in carrying out daily responsibilities Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a busy, fast-paced pharmacy environment Willingness to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacy services Experience with PioneerRx pharmacy management system Knowledge of pharmacy computer system software utilizing workflow system and robotics
