Team members report approximately 4-6 hours prior to kickoff. Confirmed report times will be posted in the

App as each game approaches. Special Event report times vary. What You'll Be Doing Greet and serve guests at the line — answer questions about the menu, allergens, and ingredients, and portion when service calls for it. Set and maintain buffet lines in clubs, suites, and loges — layout, labeling, garnish, and presentation to E2S premium standards. Keep it full and keep it fresh. Monitor levels throughout service, rotate and replenish product, and pull anything past its window. Hold food safety. Track hot and cold hold temperatures, log them as directed, and use correct utensils and handling at every station. Reset between periods. Clear plates, wipe and re stage surfaces, restock napkins, plates, and utensils so the space never looks worked-in. Support the premium team — runners, bartenders, suite attendants, and your area lead — and step where the room needs you. Break down and close your station: proper storage, waste handling, sanitizing, and a clean handoff to the venue. Represent
