An Opportunity to Grow Into Senior Leadership Residential Adults with Disabilities, LLC (RAD) is seeking an experienced, motivated leader to join our management team as our Day Habilitation Coordinator, with the intention of developing the successful candidate into our future Administrator within approximately 6-12 months. RAD provides comprehensive services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and has a robust Day Habilitation and community-based services program, as well as three residential assisted living homes. Our programs are supported by an established leadership and management team committed to providing high-quality, person-centered services. This is not simply a coordinator position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with our organization and who has the education, experience, leadership ability, and qualifications necessary to ultimately assume responsibility as Administrator. The successful candidate will initially oversee and continue to strengthen our Day Habilitation and community-based programs while completing a structured orientation and leadership-development process. During this time, the individual will also gain progressively greater exposure to our residential operations, regulatory requirements, personnel management, quality assurance, and overall organizational operations. As competency is demonstrated and organizational milestones are achieved, responsibilities and compensation will increase accordingly, culminating in the anticipated transition into the Administrator role. Compensation & Advancement This position has a tiered compensation structure designed to recognize increasing responsibility, successful completion of orientation, demonstrated competency, and advancement within the organization. Tier 1

• Orientation & Leadership Training $25 per hour Tier 2
• Day Habilitation Coordinator/Manager $58,240
• $65,000 annually DOE Tier 3
• Administrator Compensation to be discussed and negotiated at the time of advancement into the Administrator role, based on experience, demonstrated performance, leadership competency, scope of responsibility, and organizational needs.

The anticipated advancement timeframe is approximately 6-12 months. Advancement into the Administrator position is contingent upon successful completion of training, demonstrated leadership competency and performance, organizational readiness, and meeting all applicable regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progressively assume greater leadership responsibility throughout the development period, with compensation increasing as defined milestones and levels of responsibility are achieved. The Long-Term Opportunity Upon successful transition into the Administrator role, this individual will have responsibility for overseeing operations across RAD's programs, including our Day Habilitation/community-based services and three residential assisted living homes, working in collaboration with RAD's leadership, nursing, and management teams. We are intentionally seeking someone who can begin by successfully leading an important program within our organization, learn RAD from the inside, and progressively develop into the leader responsible for overseeing our day-to-day operations. Applicants must meet the following educational requirements: (A) Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, nursing or a closely related human services field; or (B) Associate of Arts degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, rehabilitation, nursing or a closely related human services field, and two years of full-time, or equivalent part-time experience working with human services recipients; or (C) four years of full-time or equivalent part-time experience working with human services recipients in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, nursing or a closely related human services field or setting; or (D) certification as a rural community health aide or practitioner and one year of full-time, or equivalent part-time experience working with human services recipients.
