We are seeking someone who is organized, confident communicating with patients, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a busy dental office. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred. We serve a diverse patient population, and the ability to communicate confidently with patients in both English and Spanish is a valuable part of this position. Responsibilities Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to patients Schedule new and existing patients and maintain a productive schedule Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Explain insurance coverage and estimated patient portions Collect copays, deductibles, and other patient payments Present treatment plans and confidently discuss treatment costs and financial options Schedule treatment before patients leave the office Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment Confirm appointments and help maintain a full, productive schedule Check patients in and out Maintain accurate patient information and documentation Communicate effectively with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly Assist with other front-office duties as needed Qualifications Dental front office experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Experience with dental insurance verification and treatment plan presentation is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable discussing treatment costs and collecting payments Dependable, punctual, and professional Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to take initiative and follow through on responsibilities We are looking for someone who understands that the front desk plays an important role in both the patient experience and the success of the practice.
