Our physicians and healthcare professionals utilize advanced diagnostics, therapies, and minimally invasive procedures to develop individualized treatment plans. We're seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to provide leadership across our day-to-day operations and help ensure our clinical and administrative teams have the resources and support needed to deliver exceptional care. Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends Leadership opportunity within an established healthcare practice Work closely with physicians, medical staff, and department leaders Influence operational efficiency and the overall patient experience Lead initiatives focused on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement Make a meaningful contribution to both clinical operations and business performance Position Overview The Practice Administrator will oversee the administrative and operational functions of the facility, providing leadership across clinic, procedure suite, and surgery center activities. This position is responsible for staff management, financial oversight, regulatory compliance, performance improvement, facility operations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. What You'll Be Responsible For Operations & Leadership Manage the facility's daily administrative and operational activities. Lead operational meetings and work collaboratively with the Governing Board, Medical Director, medical staff, and department leaders. Monitor staffing, productivity, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Promote an efficient, professional, and patient-centered environment throughout the facility. Team Management Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, productivity, and disciplinary processes. Ensure staffing levels appropriately support operational and patient care needs. Maintain complete and compliant personnel files, training records, and other required documentation. Financial & Business Operations Monitor facility finances and operational metrics. Evaluate staffing and resource utilization to support efficiency and business objectives. Apply strong analytical and financial management skills to day-to-day decision-making. Compliance & Quality Ensure operations comply with applicable healthcare regulations, facility policies, and industry standards. Coordinate with government agencies, insurance companies, and other external organizations when needed. Lead performance improvement activities and address operational or compliance concerns. Support the development and ongoing revision of medical staff policies, bylaws, rules, and regulations. Complete required annual training and additional responsibilities as assigned. Facility Management Help maintain a clean, professional, safe, and well-maintained facility. Ensure the environment reflects the high standards expected by patients, physicians, and staff.
