We are looking for a Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator to work in our dynamic multidisciplinary therapist-owned clinic in the heart of Downtown Springdale! If you are someone who is passionate about helping patients and their families get the best care possible and have experience in patient care coordination, medical records, and/or medical billing, this position is for you! Kids SPOT is a pediatric occupational, physical, and speech therapy clinic in Springdale specializing in treating children with a variety of developmental, neurologic, and orthopedic diagnosis. We provide primarily in-clinic treatment, with occasional home health or daycare visits. Job Requirements Familiarity with medical records (Medicaid, Private Insurance, etc.) Experience in medical facility/patient care Works well with others to achieve a shared goal Motivated to improve patient care and communication Available Full Time Position Monday -
Friday Bilingual Spanish-English:
speaking and written Job Responsibilities Create patient charts in EMR and update script/ referral dates Manage incoming and outgoing scripts for treatments and referrals Check patient's insurance eligibility for new referrals with private or MCD. Communicate with families on behalf of therapists, office staff, or billing inquiries Lead Parent Conferences- explaining clinic policies and procedures to families and translating therapist's concerns as needed Communicates with our PCP referral clinics Hourly rate: $15.00-$18.00/hr• (dependent on education and experience)
