We're a patient-focused dental practice that believes the front desk sets the tone for the entire patient experience. We're looking for someone who is confident working in a dental office, enjoys connecting with patients, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly. What You'll Do Greet and check patients in and out with a warm, professional attitude. Answer phones, assist patients with questions, and provide excellent customer service . Schedule and confirm appointments while keeping the doctor's schedule efficient. Verify and update insurance information and assist with claims and insurance-related questions. Collect and accurately post patient payments and maintain financial records. Coordinate treatment appointments and discuss financing or payment options with patients when needed. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA requirements. Help coordinate the flow of the office so patients have a smooth experience from check-in through check-out. Work closely with the doctor and clinical team and pitch in wherever needed to keep the office running efficiently. What We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience working in a general dental practice. Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and the patient experience. Experience with Open Dental is preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities. A team player who takes initiative and is willing to help wherever needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience.
