Care Management Lead Prescott, AZ | Full-Time | On-Site | Exempt Ready to Lead a Team That Makes a Difference? If you're an experienced Care Manager who's ready to take the next step into leadership, this could be the opportunity for you. Spectrum Healthcare Group is looking for a Care Management Lead to join our team in Prescott, Arizona . In this role, you won't just manage tasks. You'll help guide a team, support quality client care, strengthen documentation practices, and keep day-to-day operations moving in the right direction. This is a full-time, in-office leadership position with direct reports and is a great fit for someone who knows behavioral health, understands care management, and enjoys helping others succeed. What You'll Do As our Care Management Lead, you'll help set the tone for your team and support both staff performance and quality client care. You'll be responsible for: Leading, training, supervising, and supporting Care Managers and assigned staff Holding team members accountable for quality care, productivity, and timely documentation Helping staff develop, implement, and update treatment plans Reviewing care management activities to ensure services connect to treatment goals Completing initial assessments and reassessments under appropriate supervision Supporting coordination of behavioral health and physical healthcare services Working with physicians, clinical teams, community organizations, state agencies, and other resources to coordinate client care Helping staff navigate challenging situations and make clinically appropriate decisions when the clinical supervisor is unavailable Communicating policy, procedure, and operational updates to the team Participating in client staffing, utilization review, and performance improvement activities Maintaining clinical productivity in accordance with Spectrum Clinical Work Standards Supporting compliance with federal, state, RBHA, payer, licensing, accreditation, and Joint Commission requirements Promoting a professional, culturally responsive, and client-centered environment Do You Qualify? Candidates must meet at least ONE of the following BHT qualification pathways: Option 1: High school diploma plus at least 4 years of behavioral health experience as a Care Manager Option 2: Bachelor's degree in any field or BHT certification from an accredited institution plus at least 4 years of behavioral health experience as a Care Manager Option 3: Bachelor's or master's degree in a human services-related field
