Responsibilities for this position include:

Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff. Assist in the training and development of clinical staff. Provides for well managed facilities. Oversees general clinical operations. Adheres to the facility's philosophy. Maintains an effective clinical organizational structure and delegate's appropriate authority for completion of assigned responsibilities Provides for staff development (i.e. supervision, educational, etc.) Demonstrates knowledge of administrative and clinical policies and procedures, and the ability to communicate these clearly and accurately to staff. Review assessments and treatment plans and sign off on all clinical staff documents. Collaborates with the Director of Operations and Nursing Management. Meet with the clinical team, weekly for review of patient charts, supervision/oversight, and oversight of group coverage. Manage curriculum for program and ensure all patients are being cared for and provided, in a clinical manner. Perform all other job duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

Masters degree Required from an accredited University. AZ Board of Behavioral Health License required LPC Required Social Work, Nursing, or health-related field experience preferred Pass pre-employment drug screen Experience in Chemical Dependency required
