The responsibilities of the Supervisor are many and they include managing multiple locations, training and supervising employees, assisting with time sensitive client matters, project management, strategic thinking, monitoring their department's compliance within operational policies, and keeping up-to-date with the progress of intradepartmental tasks and timelines. To be successful in this role, you should have prior success as a Shift Lead of House Manager and be result-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ultimately, a top-notch Supervisor has excellent leadership, project management, administrative skills, and can help bring unity & cohesion to the team as we grow. The new Supervisor should be looking to take a step up and forwards in their career. This new leader will be tasked to work with other more senior managers, most specifically The Clinical Director, as their two departments working in perfect harmony help ensure successful outcomes for both clients & staff. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple licensed residential mental healthcare facilities. This individual will all three dayparts in terms of staffing, the Culinary Team, and support multiple departments, ensuring seamless service delivery, regulatory compliance, and a consistent client experience. The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, deeply familiar with California licensing bodies, and passionate about driving operational excellence in a growing organization. This is a pivotal role and will be a new one meant to offer our staff & clients more support. Our new supervisor will help boost our customer service, and help staff feel more supported and clients feel more heard, the new candidate should lead this effort, anticipate challenges, and create systems to ensure a smooth launch.
