This is primarily a front-office and patient coordination position with additional Medical Assistant responsibilities. The ideal candidate is confident managing patient communication, scheduling, checkout, and daily office flow while also being comfortable assisting with clinical treatments and performing blood draws when needed. Primary Front-Office Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide an elevated experience from check-in through checkout. Answer and promptly respond to patient calls, texts, and inquiries. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently. Understand how to prioritize urgent clinical concerns and promptly communicate them to the registered nurse or provider. Educate patients on treatments, skincare products, packages, memberships, pricing, and current promotions. Assist with treatment and product sales when appropriate. Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. Take detailed notes during consultations, including treatment recommendations, pricing, and patient concerns. Process payments accurately, including approved discounts, packages, memberships, gift cards, and patient reward points. Follow up with patients after treatments as directed. Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms, medical histories, and appointment notes. Help maintain an efficient patient flow while remaining calm, friendly, and professional. Monitor inventory and ensure the front office, treatment rooms, and clinic supplies remain fully stocked. Assist with patient photography, social media content, editing, and posting as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and welcoming office environment. Medical Assistant Responsibilities Assist the provider with aesthetic treatments and medical procedures as needed. Perform blood draws confidently and safely. Complete new-patient intake and accurately document medications, allergies, medical history, and patient concerns. Take clear and consistent before-and-after treatment photos. Apply topical numbing cream as directed by the physician or registered nurse. Prepare patients, treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies for scheduled procedures. Assist with patient comfort and pain-control measures during treatments. Accurately document treatments performed, products used, lot numbers, device settings, and other required information. Maintain proper infection-control, sanitation, and safety standards. Requirements Current Medical Assistant certification. Phlebotomy skilled Strong blood draw experience required. Strong front-office, scheduling, customer service, or patient coordination experience. Experience in a medical spa, dermatology office, or plastic surgery practice preferred . Sales experience is a plus but is not required. Bilingual in Spanish preferred but notrequired. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills. Comfortable discussing treatments, skincare products, pricing, packages, and promotions with patients. Able to communicate patient concerns clearly and promptly to the registered nurse and medical team. Comfortable transitioning between front-office and clinical responsibilities. Professional, compassionate, dependable, motivated, and patient-focused. Comfortable taking high-quality photos and assisting with social media content.
