  • PCC This premier Beverly Hills plastic surgery practice is led by world-class, board-certified plastic surgeons and is known for exceptional patient care and natural, high-quality results.
In addition to its surgical expertise, the practice offers a comprehensive range of medical aesthetics, wellness, and longevity services, including injectables, advanced lasers, skin rejuvenation, regenerative treatments, and wellness therapies. With an established surgical patient base and a growing Med Spa, there is a tremendous opportunity to expand relationships with existing patients while continuing to drive new business externally. The Med Spa Patient Care Coordinator will be a central component in driving this growth, proactively identifying opportunities within the surgical patient base, converting new leads, educating patients on available services, and developing comprehensive, long-term treatment plans across multiple modalities. We are looking for a true sales professional who is comfortable creating opportunities as much as converting them. Strong knowledge of medical aesthetics, injectables, lasers, wellness and longevity treatments is preferred, with knowledge of peptides highly valued. The winning candidate must be willing to work in a sleeves-rolled, hands-on fashion, doing "whatever it takes" to help the team grow. There must be a focus on driving sales and results, coupled with a strong desire to implement and sustain organization and efficiency throughout the practice. There is a need for the winning candidate to be comfortable and capable working with a team of tenured front and back office employees and surgical patient care coordinators. Relationship building ability as well as a desire to perform outreach with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor is a must. Responsibilities of Patient Care Coordinator (PCC): 1. Sales
  • sell non-surgical aesthetic services through contacting literally 50-100+ patient prospects daily.
Selling to prospective patients through extensive phone conversations and live consultations. 4-5 days per week will be focused on selling, driving leads to sell, and other sales-related functions. Comfort with quoting and selling procedures and treatments ranging from hundreds of dollars to over 10 thousand dollars is necessary. Making 100 or more calls and emails daily can regularly be a part of this position so you must love people, phones, and computers! 2. Additional Responsibilities of Patient Care Coordinator (PCC): Organization
  • Task orientation, honesty, timely completion of assignments, and an innate desire to "get things done" is a must. Knowledge of medical software like PatientNOW, Modernizing Medicine, or NexTech is preferred but not required. Positivity

Job Requirements of Patient Care Coordinator (PCC): Bachelor's degree preferred 2-5+ years of sales experience

Typical base pay ranges from $75,000-85,000/year. Income can grow significantly over time based on results and top executive sales patient care coordinators regularly can earn six figures over time.
