Burlingame, CA Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership Supervise, mentor, and support a team of approximately 4-6 therapists. Provide clinical guidance to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new clinicians. Promote best practices, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical excellence. Support the ongoing development of pediatric therapy programs. Clinical Responsibilities Maintain a clinical caseload of approximately 24 pediatric clients. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and periodic reassessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide direct occupational therapy services. Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes. Team Development Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive clinic culture. Mentor therapists to encourage professional growth and clinical development. Participate in leadership meetings and strategic planning initiatives. Support clinic performance, quality outcomes, and operational success. Qualifications Active Occupational Therapist license (State-specific). Current NBCOT certification. Minimum 6 years of pediatric Occupational Therapy experience preferred. Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience strongly preferred. Experience with Sensory Integration (SIPT and/or CLASI training preferred). Feeding therapy experience preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
