Full Job Description Travel Patient Care Coordinator Pay:
$20.00/hour and up, based on experience, plus mileage
Locations:

What We Offer Competitive compensation package plus mileage reimbursement Supportive work environment with modern facilities and advanced technology Opportunities for mentorship and career growth A diverse patient population and rewarding clinical experiences across multiple office locations Responsibilities Patient Interaction Greet and engage patients with respect and a smile Communicate with patients about their status and condition via email, phone, text, and face-to-face conversations Schedule patient visits and answer questions, including billing and preparation Administrative Use multiple computer programs to manage data and chart tasks related to patient information Maintain and update patient accounts with contact, insurance, and financial information in a confidential manner Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment across all assigned offices Compliance Maintain strict compliance with state, federal, and other regulations (OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook) Requirements 1+ years of practical experience, including medical/dental front desk experience and medical/dental insurance verification experience Orthodontic office experience preferred Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily/weekly between the Chino, Moreno Valley, and Riverside offices Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Commitment to punctuality and reliable attendance Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Desire and ability to learn new skills; strong team player Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and desire for professional growth Organized, with solid knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology Bilingual — Spanish preferred
