This is a unique opportunity for MAs eager to grow . we will provide comprehensive training to help you transition into an IVF Coordinator role. You will work closely with our fertility specialists, nurses, and patients, playing a vital part in their journey to parenthood.
Language Requirements:
2 positions require fluency in English and Spanish 1 position requires fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese Responsibilities Assist physicians with patient examinations, procedures, and IVF-related appointments Manage patient intake, vital signs, medical history documentation, and EMR updates Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ultrasounds, and lab visits Educate patients on IVF protocols, medication instructions, and treatment timelines Prepare and organize IVF cycle calendars and patient communication logs Support the IVF Coordinator with cycle management and patient follow-ups Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment Requirements Current Medical Assistant certification 1+ year of clinical experience preferred; fertility/OB-GYN experience is a plus Bilingual fluency required: 2 roles: English & Spanish (must read, write, and speak both professionally) 1 role: English & Mandarin Chinese (must read, write, and speak both professionally) Strong interpersonal skills and genuine empathy for patients undergoing fertility treatment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with EMR systems; eClinicalWorks or fertility-specific software a plus Must be willing to commit to training and career development toward IVF Coordinator What We Offer Structured training program to become a certified IVF Coordinator Competitive salary with performance-based raises Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Supportive, mission-driven team culture Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on families' lives
