Demaray Wellness Center is seeking a warm, dependable, experienced Front Office Coordinator / Patient Advocate . We combine chiropractic care, nutrition and supplementation, and Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) to help patients work toward meaningful health and life goals. Our front office is where patients first experience our care. We're looking for someone who makes people feel welcome, remembers the details that matter, and keeps appointments, payments, and office procedures running smoothly.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
8:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Thursday:
2:00-6:30 p.m. An additional 2.5 hours per week for administrative work; scheduling to be discussed. Availability for all five listed days is required. This is a part-time position. The person we're looking for You are personable and naturally enjoy striking up conversations with patients. You bring professionalism, sound judgment, and a steady, positive attitude to your work. You can be compassionate while holding firm boundaries. You are comfortable explaining and consistently following scheduling, cancellation, payment, and office policies—even when a conversation requires tact and confidence. A holistic mindset is essential. You should be enthusiastic about nutrition and supplementation, value patients taking an active role in their health, and be open to learning about NET. Previous NET experience is not required. Responsibilities Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for. Answer calls, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage the daily calendar. Explain office procedures, fees, and payment arrangements clearly. Collect payments, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with basic bookkeeping and account reconciliation. Use scheduling software, electronic patient records, email, and other computer systems confidently. Follow up with patients about appointments, paperwork, and next steps. Encourage patients as they work toward their goals, following the doctor's guidance. Coordinate supplement purchases and inventory. Keep the front office organized and communicate effectively with the doctor and team. Protect patient confidentiality and consistently uphold office policies. Qualifications Previous front office, administrative, or patient service experience. Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software. Experience handling payments and basic bookkeeping or accounting tasks. Excellent communication, organization, accuracy, and follow-through. Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to manage several priorities calmly. A sincere interest in holistic wellness, nutrition, and supplementation. Experience in a chiropractic, wellness, or healthcare office is preferred. Familiarity with SimplePractice or PaySimple is a plus. Why join us?
