Alliance Recovery is a leading outpatient Substance Use Disorder facility located in Fountain Valley, CA. We specialize in comprehensive, compassionate care for individuals facing substance abuse and psychiatric challenges. We are currently seeking a motivated, dedicated, and client-centered therapist to join our growing clinical team. What We Offer A dynamic and supportive team environment Clinical supervision (if needed) Opportunities to facilitate both gender-specific and co-ed group therapy A manageable caseload of 16-18 clients A full-time schedule (Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4 PM) A chance to truly make an impact in your clients' recovery journey Your RoleResponsibilities Facilitate 1-2 therapy groups per week and provide individual counseling Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Conduct diagnostic evaluations using current DSM criteria Utilize therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic, CBT, DBT , and 12-step frameworks Collaborate with community resources and referral sources to coordinate client care Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when needed Uphold all licensure, registration, and certification requirements What We're Looking For Master's degree in a related field (required) Registered Associate with the BBS (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC - required) At least 1 year of experience in addiction treatment (preferred) Strong understanding of co-occurring disorders , family systems , and trauma-informed care Familiarity with EMRs and clinical documentation standards Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills Medical Specialty Addiction Medicine If you're a passionate therapist ready to make a meaningful difference, we encourage you to apply and become part of the healing work we do at Alliance Recovery.
