POSITION SUMMARY

The Clinical Services Supervisor will provide guidance and support to staff providing therapeutic intervention, support, coordination of treatment and discharge planning for all adults/youth seeking services through Fresno County's Continuum of care through the Crisis Stabilization Center or the Access Line. The Clinical Services Supervisor will also assist with such tasks when necessary to ensure proper care, discharge and collaboration for each individual served. When necessary, the Clinical Services Supervisor will assist with contacting a variety of county contracted community mental health programs; community partners, family, care providers and support system for all adults/youth in the units when additional support and assistance in required. The Clinical Services Supervisor will collaborate closely with the treatment team and serve as the direct supervisor for the social services team. The Clinical Services Supervisor shall meet the qualifications as indicated in the Short-Doyle Medi-Cal Rehab Option Manual and provide services in accordance with the scope of their practice.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Clinically licensed individual (PSY, LMFT, LCSW) with five-years of experience in providing direct care for those experiencing SMI and one-year of supervisory with direct care.

EDUCATION

Must have a Master's Degree in a mental health related field Must be licensed through the Board of Behavioral Science with an active license number as one of the following:

LMFT, LCSW, LPCC

Experience working with targeted population with history of SMI, homelessness, trauma, high utilizers and emergency services. Substance abuse treatment experience preferred. Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions, trauma informed care, community resources and crisis intervention skills. Understanding of the various legal holds, T-CON and LPS Conservatorship process Ability to work independently and show mature judgment. Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively. Flexible schedule, must be available to work weekends and holidays Current CPR Certification and current CPI Certification preferred.

Schedule:

8-hour day shifts On- Call for support with clinical questions. Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays Commensurate with experience.
