This role serves as the primary liaison between in-home nursing staff, patients, physician offices, and external laboratory vendors to ensure laboratory services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule in-home laboratory services, including blood draws. Monitor laboratory orders to ensure timely specimen collection, processing, and reporting. Communicate with in-home nursing staff, patients, physician offices, and laboratory vendors regarding scheduling, test status, and results. Track outstanding laboratory orders and follow up to ensure completion. Ensure laboratory documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within required timeframes. Maintain organized records while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable healthcare regulations. Assist with additional administrative and patient care coordination duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to maintain accurate documentation and confidential patient records. Proficiency with standard computer applications and electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred. 1?2 years of clinical laboratory, healthcare coordination, or related experience. Home health experience is a plus but not required. Schedule Full-time Monday?
